The B&R Tools & Service Non-Rotating Casing Scraper is engineered to thoroughly clean the inside diameter of casing by removing mud, rust, mill scale, cement, paraffin, and other debris that can interfere with completion or production operations. Its non-rotating blade assembly provides full 360-degree cleaning coverage while allowing the drill string to rotate independently, reducing unnecessary wear on the casing ID during extended cleanout operations.
Manufactured from premium heat-treated alloy steel, the Non-Rotating Casing Scraper is built for demanding downhole environments where durability and performance are essential. The rugged design utilizes self-centralizing stabilizers and a ball-bearing supported sleeve that keeps the scraper blades stationary while the mandrel rotates freely. For added versatility, the scraper can also be converted into a brush-style cleanout tool using optional stainless steel brush blades, making it suitable for a wide range of drilling, completion, and well maintenance applications.
