B&R Tools & Service Test Cups are designed to support casing and BOP testing operations where dependable sealing, durability, and proper fit are critical. Each test cup is selected to match the specific casing ID and weight range, helping ensure the assembly is properly suited for the job before testing begins.

During operation, pressure is applied through a high-pressure test pump or cement unit, forcing the rubber cups outward against the casing wall to create a tight seal. The procedure supports both low-pressure confirmation testing and high-pressure testing, with the document noting that final pressures, hold times, valve lineups, and acceptance criteria should always be confirmed against the approved well program, equipment ratings, operator requirements, and applicable regulations.

Built for field performance, these Test Cups are available in multiple casing sizes and weight ranges, offer excellent resistance to oil-based mud, and provide superior durability compared to leading Type F Test Cups. They are made in the USA and rated for operating pressures up to 10,000 psi and operating temperatures up to 220°F.
