Gas Lift Mandrels

Gas Lift Mandrels provide a high-strength, precision-engineered housing for gas lift valves, enabling controlled gas injection, chemical delivery, and long-term artificial lift performance.

Gas Lift Mandrels are the structural backbone of a gas lift system, installed directly into the production tubing string to securely position and protect gas lift valves. By providing an engineered seat for valve installation, mandrels ensure precise gas injection depth, reliable flow control, and consistent lift efficiency throughout the life of the well. Designed to match or exceed tubing pressure ratings, these mandrels maintain integrity in high-pressure, high-stress operating environments.

B&R Tools & Service gas lift mandrels are built for versatility across a wide range of completion designs, including tubing-retrievable and wireline-accessible configurations. Whether supporting routine gas lift operations, chemical injection, or kill applications, mandrels are engineered to withstand frac interference, corrosive conditions, and extended service life while minimizing intervention time and operational costs.

Proven Reliability

Engineered to perform consistently in high-pressure, high-temperature, and demanding downhole environments.

Field-Tested Performance

Validated in real-world operations to deliver dependable results across the full life of the well.

Operational Flexibility

Adaptable designs allow efficient optimization, intervention, and response to changing well conditions.

Long-Term Integrity

Built with durable materials and robust designs to protect the wellbore and production systems over time.

Types of Gas Lift Mandrels

Conventional Tubing-Retrievable Mandrels
Installed with the tubing string, these mandrels are designed for gas lift valves that are attached prior to running in hole. They offer high strength and reliable performance in standard gas lift applications and are available in multiple series configurations.

High-Pressure Tubing-Retrievable Mandrels
Designed for extreme pressure environments, these mandrels are tested up to 10,000 psi and engineered to match production tubing yield, test, and working pressures. Their rugged construction makes them ideal for high-frac and high-load completions.

Side Pocket Mandrels
Side pocket mandrels allow wireline installation and retrieval of valves without pulling the tubing string. This design reduces intervention time and is ideal for wells requiring frequent adjustments, chemical injection, or specialized valve configurations such as circulating or kill operations.

Engineered for Performance and Reliability
Gas Lift Mandrels from B&R Tools & Service are manufactured to meet demanding well conditions while providing flexible installation and service options.
